What I do:

First and foremost, I make things work, either with a functional base or from scratch.  As a Systems Analyst, I can assess your situation and provide the necessary consulting to help IT meet your needs.  My ongoing support and software/service customization stems from over 16 years of experience in the PC computer industry.

Operating Systems and applications vary with each market but why should your support vary? What I do is provide a single point contact for all your support needs.  Using Enterprise-strength GNU/FOSS software running on reliable PC server hardware, I can reduce and even eliminate per-seat licensing, which can hinder growth and I provide ongoing maintenance-level support.

PC's running DOS®, Windows® 98, 2K, XP, Linux® and OS400® are a part of my daily routine so there is no need to call a secondary vendor for support; That's my job. With an increasing amount of mixed environments requiring special attention, 'Support' can become a nightmare with needless finger-pointing and the actual problems still remaining.

I have extensive experience with many Linux and Windows software packages and technologies including, but not limited to:

          • DOS™
          • Windows™
          • Linux™
          • OS400™
